Nudging towards healthier choices when eating out - Calories on labels

Findings from a Cochrane review published on Tuesday (27th February) suggest that adding calories to menus and next to food available in restaurants, coffee shops and cafeterias could reduce the calories that people consume. What did the review involve? The review included 28 studies, of which 11 assessed the impact of nutrition labelling on purchasing and 17 studies assessed the impact of labelling on consumption.
