Earlier this year I helped with some research for the BBC One programme ‘The Truth About Meat’ which was shown on the 29th September. A growing trend in food shopping - Have you bought groceries from a Food Assembly yet?

I have recently started shopping at the local Food Assembly set up on the Southside of Edinburgh. The process is simple, after registering with the Food Assembly, I can choose products from a variety of local producers and farmers who are all within about 26 miles of where I live.
